To record and save a mixed song in Virtual DJ Home for Windows, you can follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of Virtual DJ Home installed on your computer.
  2. Open Virtual DJ Home and load the songs you want to mix into the decks.
  3. Adjust the necessary settings and apply any desired effects or transitions.
  4. Once you are satisfied with your mix, click on the "Record" button located on the top toolbar of the software.
  5. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the destination folder and specify the name of the recorded mix.
  6. Choose the desired options and click on "Start Recording."
  7. Virtual DJ Home will now record your mix as an audio file, and the progress will be displayed in the software interface.
  8. Once the recording is complete, you can find the saved file in the specified destination folder.

Remember to comply with any copyright laws and regulations when recording and distributing mixed songs.

Is Virtual DJ Home free on a Toshiba laptop?

Stephen Prastman
Answer by Stephen Prastman

Virtual DJ Home is free on any kind of PC or laptop, no matter what brand you have. As long as you can run the application, you are free to use it.

However, according to the program's web page, it's only free for home use, so if you want to utilize it professionally (if you make money using it), then you should purchase a license. Additionally, the Home edition doesn't offer as many features as the paid version does; you might want to check out the product comparison list to see exactly what you get and what you don't get in the free version.

Virtual DJ requires 1024x768 for screen resolution. You cannot re-size it because it doesn't have such options. Try restarting the software if you have problems fitting the application on the screen.
